Tray Dryer

Tray dryer is an enclosed insulated chamber in which trays are placed on top of each other. Heat transfer is done by circulation of hot air by electric heaters or any other heating media. Blower fans are installed inside to ensure proper circulation and transfer of heat. These dryers are used for diverse applications such as Drying of Pigments, Food, Bakery, Electrodes, Chemical, Plastic, Powders etc.


Specification :-

  • It is a type of Industrial Drying Oven but instead of wire-mesh shelves it has aluminium trays for placement of products available with 12, 24, 48, 96, 192, aluminium trays of size 80D x 40W x 3H cms.
  • Trays and chamber of dryer can also be fabricated in Stainless Steel.
  • Heavy duty trolleys can also be supplied.
  • Temperature range: upto 3000C. High temperature range can also be fabricated.
  • Temperature control: Automatic-Electronic.
  • Heating Media: Electrical , Diesel Fired or Gas fired.

High Temperature Oven

These high temperature ovens are well suited to various medium and high temperature thermal processes, such as tempering, glass annealing and stress relief. The maximum operating temperature of these ovens are 500 degree C to 600 degree C. Our ovens are provided with powerful fan and air guide system to ensure excellent temperature uniformity.

These ovens are used in diverse industrial applications and can be used as Foundry core ovens, Powder coating ovens, Paint baking, Burnout, Drying etc. The air circulation is done with the help of blower from bottom to top that ensures uniform temperature in the chamber.

  • Saves running cost up to 60% compared to electrical oven.

  • This is a large size oven with a top mounted Oil/Gas fired heat exchanger.
  • The air circulation is done with the help of blowers from bottom to top for uniform temperature in the chamber.
  • The total fuel consumption varies depending upon the size of working chamber & the working temperature.
  • Fully automatic imported burners are fitted on the heat exchanger for burning of Oil/ LPG.
  • Temperature control: Automatic-Electronic
  • Heating Media: Diesel or LPG fired.

Infrared Oven
